Items are generally processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. When your item is marked as shipped, you can expect delivery within 5-20 business days.
Please note that during sale periods and with a new collection launch, there may be some delays.
We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders to most countries and free priority shipping on orders over $100. Priority shipping is $15 otherwise.
We ship all orders from our bases in the US, Europe and Asia and can ship to most addresses in the world. We ship as the items in your order become available, thus you may find that we ship your order out in more than one package.
We use USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx and other suitable couriers as reputable shipping agencies and all items will be fully traceable once shipped.
International shipments may require a signature upon delivery. If you wish to change this, please contact DHL directly (please note that we will not take responsibility for lost parcels).

If you wish to modify your order after it has been submitted, please email email@example.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
If you have received an incorrect item or your item/s arrive damaged, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. We ask that you include in your email photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference along with a photo of the packing slip if possible.
We will take responsibility for the shipping costs of returning incorrect or damaged items.
